Freshly renovated room with a comfy bed and FINE experience. Particularly good location in a more industrial area in an industrialised area. Great food plus well-trained staff.

I had double room that also was complete with a comfy bed. Everyone who worked there was amicable and well-trained. Location: the hotel was very close to a bar / pub, Newcastle and the trains. It also was in a more industrial area

Located in a convenient area, close to convenient stores and eateries, this hotel has decent-sized rooms with a fridge and a microwave. the friendly staff will greet you as soon as you enter and offer their help throughout your stay. Regardless of some earlier issues, they maintain cleanliness in the bathroom, which offers hot water 24/7.
Although the hotel offers affordable prices, unfortunately, it lacks air conditioning.

Great value and friendly service. Our room had a decent size, complete with a fridge and microwave. the location was also a plus, close to public transportation and restaurants.

The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave which made it easier for us to store and prepare our snacks. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs, making our stay more pleasant.
The absence of air conditioning in the room made it stuffy and uncomfortable at night, requiring us to keep the window open despite the noise outside. The communal bathrooms were often dirty and some toilet lids were broken, making it difficult to use.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the price was quite reasonable. One of the best things about this hotel was the room size. It was just the right size for me and had a fridge and microwave which were quite handy. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect.
Can't fault anything about it.
